Error Loading The Selected Mat File

The problem is that when i try to load it from an other machine with matlab r2014b then it gives me the following error.

Error loading the selected mat file.

I have saves in a mat file a structure in which symbolic expressions are stored in matlab r2011b. For my mat file it contains four variables. What i don t understnad is the reason why it s corrupt.
